Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the fit, size, color or style of your purchase, you may exchange it for another item on our site or receive a refund of the purchase price. For up to 365 days from the purchase date, Crazy Sheep will process a refund or exchange your purchase.To initiate your return/exchange, you must contact our Customer Support department at info@crazysheep.com. In your e-mail, please indicate the following:
- Order number
- Item name and article (item) number
- Reason for return
Once we receive your item in resalable condition, our Customer Support department will contact you again to complete your return or exchange.
PLEASE NOTE: Crazy Sheep will NOT refund any shipping costs incurred by the customer if the original purchase total was under 50 AUD. Additionally, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
For all returns: your refund will be credited back via the same payment method used for the original order. For all exchanges: we will recalculate your total to reflect the difference between the original order and the replacement goods.
All returned merchandise must be in the original resalable condition, as noted below:
- New, clean, unused, with no detectable signs of wear;
- Any parts or accessories from the original order must be included with your return;
- Your return must be packed in the original shoe box and/or packaging.
- Used or worn merchandise;
- Merchandise with defects or damage resulting from improper or excessive use;
- Merchandise with defects or damage caused by outside force (such as cuts or burns);
- Merchandise with defects or damage caused by improper care or maintenance (such as machine-drying, use of improper cleaning chemicals, etc.);
- Merchandise with any other defects or damage caused by consumer;
- Merchandise repaired by the consumer prior to contacting our Customer Support department;
- Sale or Clearance merchandise.
