We will ship your purchased goods from Australia to anywhere in the world . Your purchase will be delivered via Australia Post.
Please note the following limitations that apply to all shipments via Australia Post:
parcel weight may not exceed 20 kg.;
parcel value may not exceed 1 500 USD
In order to avoid shipping and/or customs delays, we ask that you use your home address and list an actual person as the addressee.
Actual delivery times will vary depending on the destination and item's in-stock availability. In those rare instances when your delivery is delayed due to an item being out of stock, we will contact you and explain your options.

30-Day Warranty
All goods purchased from our online store are covered by a 30-Day Warranty, effective EITHER the date of merchandise receipt by customer OR, for seasonal merchandise, the start of the appropriate season.
Returning Used Items During the 30-Day Warranty Period
The following conditions apply to all returns of used items during the 30-day warranty period:
- Invoice/packing slip for the original purchase must be present;
- Item must be clean and dry;
- Customer must not have made any attempts to personally repair the item, and
- All broken or damaged parts must be present.
To obtain additional warranty repair information or to file a grievance/ complaint about item quality, please write to us at XXX (for residents of Australia, Europe, USA or Canada) or call our Customer Service department at XXX. In your letter or message, please describe the exact nature of product quality/defects. We will do our best to resolve any issues you may have. - Returns / Exchanges

Returns / Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the fit, size, color or style of your purchase, you may exchange it for another item on our site or receive a refund of the purchase price. For up to 365 days from the purchase date, Crazy Sheep will process a refund or exchange your purchase.
To initiate your return/exchange, you must contact our Customer Support department at return@crazysheep.com. In your e-mail, please indicate the following:
• Order number
• Item name and article (item) number
• Reason for return
We will promptly reply to you with the list of additional documentation required (a copy of your ID, completed return/exchange form - found on the reverse side of your packing slip). You must then ship your item to our Customer Support Department at the following address (for residents of Australia, Europe, USA or Canada):
