Lambini was created after Fiona, a mother who appreciated style, could not find a baby carrier that complimented her look. After looking endlessly for something attractive and luxurious for her baby, she decided to take the jump and design one herself.
Babies love soft lambswool so it was without question that the carrier was to be based on this. Australia is home of the world’s finest wool, so you know the Lambini papoose is giving you and your baby the best quality.  The papoose is made from natural fibres which is important for babies.
The lambswool keeps your baby cool in summer and warm in winter. There is an added bonus of using the lambskin separately for use of lining the pram or car seat.
It was also very important that the papoose was very easy to wear and adjust. You are wearing the papoose within in seconds of sliding over your head, unlike others where you are still lost after reading instructions.
The recommended maximum weight is 22lbs (10kg). Suitable for babies with minimum weight of 3.5kgs (8 pounds).
The Lambini papoose conforms to both British (BS EN 13209) and American Safety Standards.

No pressure points that cause discomfort. Cleaning/Washing Instructions Lambskin to be washed separately. Hand or machine wash only in warm water. Hot water may damage the pelt of the skin. Do not use washing powders containing bleach, or fabric softeners. Recommend to use a wool wash cleaner. Cotton base of carrier can be washed in luke warm water in washing machine. Hang to dry. Drying The lambskin may be tumble dried on the ‘cool’ setting. Do not use ‘hot’ setting as excessive heat may damage the lambskin. Alternatively, hang the lambskin outside to dry naturally, avoiding direct sunlight. The lambskin can also be professionally dry-cleaned.

Easiest way to put the carrier on is to slide it on over your head with strapsalready done up. Then undo one strap in order to place the baby in the carrier, positioning legs through the leg holes, and finally closing the 2nd strap. Shoulder straps to be worn crossed over at the back for safety. (see picture). Baby’s head to face inwards until 4 months old. The lambskin to be rolled up to support the babies head at the back and sides for babies under 4 months. Baby can face outwards after 4 months old with the lambskin rolled down and the two studs joined. Babies legs to be placed through leg holes. Adjustable shoulder straps to suit different sizes in parents and babies. Adjustable safety side straps to hold baby in place without sliding out.
